This policy explains how FounderPlan UK (“we”) handles personal information under UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you contact us we receive the details you choose to send: usually your name, email, phone number, visa situation and business idea.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and assess your idea.
• To deliver services you buy from us.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information or use your business idea for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@example.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website does not use advertising cookies. Contact forms open WhatsApp or your email app; we only receive what you send.
