Business plans that prove your idea is real.

Endorsing bodies don't just read your plan. They judge whether your business is real. We write the plan around their three tests, and build a working prototype so they can see it.

Why plans get refused

Most plans describe an idea.
Endorsing bodies want proof.

A typical plan
  • Template text with the business name swapped in
  • “The market is worth billions”, no source
  • Revenue that jumps with no assumptions behind it
  • The idea only exists on paper
  • Founder struggles to explain it in interview
How we build yours
  • Every section mapped to innovation, viability or scalability
  • UK market research with cited sources
  • A forecast where every number traces to an assumption
  • A working prototype the assessor can see
  • We walk you through it so you can defend it

FAQ

Questions founders ask us

Can't find your answer?

Can you guarantee my endorsement?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Endorsing bodies make independent decisions. What we do is make sure your plan answers the innovation, viability and scalability tests clearly, with evidence, and that you can defend it in interview.
Why would I need a prototype for a business plan?
Endorsing bodies have to judge whether your idea is real and whether you can deliver it. A working prototype answers both questions in a way pages of text cannot. It is also something you keep building on after endorsement.
I'm on a Graduate visa. Can you help me switch?
We prepare the business plan and product evidence for your switch. Our guide on switching from the Graduate visa covers the basics. For advice on the visa application itself, use a regulated immigration adviser or solicitor.
How long does a plan take?
Most Business Plan projects take two to three weeks once we have your information. Plan & Prototype usually takes four to six weeks, depending on the product.
What if my idea is not innovative enough?
We tell you before you pay for writing. The free assessment checks your idea against the three tests. If it is weak, we explain why and suggest how it could be strengthened, or tell you honestly that this route may not suit it.

Not sure your idea is endorsable?

Send us your idea. We will tell you honestly how it measures up against the innovation, viability and scalability tests, free and before you pay for anything.
